Large mushroom caps sautéed in cognac butter, stuffed with spinach parmesan mix, topped with mozzarella cheese, and broiled to golden brown perfection.

Mini Unsinkables
Mini bites of ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese rolled in homemade peasant bread with mustard sauce, battered, and fried to a golden brown crispiness. Served with spicy mustard sauce.

Three beef tenderloin medallions sautéed with fresh garlic, shallots, and mushrooms, then deglazed with cognac, demi glaze, and a hint of cream. Served with a baked potato or steamed green beans.

Tomato Basil Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed in extra virgin olive oil with fresh garlic, basil, and diced roma tomatoes, and deglazed with white wine and chicken stock. Served with a baked potato or steamed green beans.

House Stir Fry
Broccoli florettes, cauliflower, bok choy, snow peas, bell peppers, water chesnuts, bamboo shoots, cabbage, carrots, and bean sprouts stir fried with fresh garlic in our house stir fry sauce and served over rice with veggie won tons. Available with either chicken, steak, shrimp, or veggie.
